Government statistics has been used for a long time as the cornerstone of the evidence needed to generate informed debate, however, there is a gap in understanding all of today’s users and potential uses of statistics. Aditionally, there are Increasing amount and range of statistics that are relevant to the public and industry but are not official statistics. This makes it difficult to deliver data information for general public. Helix analytics’ collaboration with data governance institutions helps in supporting access and quality in the wider data information world. By supporting application of the code of practice and development of protocols for assessment of non-officialsources,the governance institutions support access to data and analytics beyond their scope.
